15、修辞)Today we shall read an article entitled A SUCCESSFUL FAILURE. What do you think of this title? Is there anything unusual about it?Yes, Oxymoron is used in the title. But what is Oxymoron? Oxymoron (or oxymora) are literary figures of speech usually composed of a pair of neighbouring contradictory
16、 words (often within a sentence). However this is not always the case. The Webster Dictionary defines oxymoron as “a combination of contradictory or incongruous words“. Oxymorons can be used for dramatic effect, for example: Hells Angels and deafening silence. They can also be comical, such as in ci
