8、ould to the window. I saw that black Negro attacking my Mayella. A: What did you do?,F: I ran for the law as fast as I could past that area where the Negroes live. Theyre dangerous and their houses are dirty and A: Did you run for the doctor? F: Didnt need to. I saw what happened. A: But werent you

9、concerned about Mayella?,F: I certainly was. But I saw who done it. A: No, I mean her injuries. Didnt they need medical attention? F: I aint never call a doctor in my life.
