1、Period Six WritingWriting an email电子邮件是日常生活中人们进行交流的重要途径。电子邮件与书信类似，一般由五部分组成：标题栏(Heading)，称呼(Salutation)，正文(Body)，信尾客套语(Complimentary)和落款(Signature)。写电子邮件需要注意下列事项：1电子邮件的标题、收发地址等往往不作为考试内容。需要注意的是邮件正文的格式，要有称呼，亲朋好友或同事之间可以直呼其名，但对于长辈或上级最好使用头衔加上姓氏。一般要在姓氏前加上如 Dear，Mr，Mrs 等。2我们要根据收件人的身份和写信目的来确定电子邮件的语言风格，如申请工作时
